Introduction
Split is a minimal precision game: you're given a shape and one straight cut, and the goal is to divide its true geometric area as close to exactly 50/50 as possible. This app is designed to work without accounts, tracking, analytics, advertising, or developer-side storage of user-created content. Split works entirely offline.
Information We Do Not Collect
This app does not collect personal information from users. Specifically, the developer does not collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, or physical address
- Contact list or address book data
- Photos or media from your device
- Precise or approximate location data
- Financial account information or payment card information
- Advertising identifiers or device identifiers used for tracking
- Analytics or behavioral data
- User-created content stored on developer servers
Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Split may store the following data locally on your device: your gameplay statistics (total cuts, perfect cuts, best and average accuracy, current and best precision streak); your app settings and preferences (haptics, sound effects, appearance); and whether you've completed the first-launch tutorial. None of this data is transmitted to the developer or any external server.
App Permissions
Split does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as location, camera, microphone, or contacts. The app is fully functional offline and does not require any special device permissions to operate.
Payments and Purchases
Split is offered as a one-time paid purchase through the App Store. The developer does not receive, process, or store your payment card information. All payment handling is managed entirely by Apple.
Third-Party Services
This app does not integrate third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. Split does not connect to the internet during normal use, and all gameplay logic runs entirely on your device.
Data Sharing
The developer does not sell, trade, rent, or share user data with third parties. There is no developer-side database of user-created content. Your information stays on your device.
Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time by resetting your statistics through the app's Settings screen, or by deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data associated with it.
Children's Privacy
This app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any users, as it does not collect personal information in general. The app is designed to function without any personal data being transmitted to the developer.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This privacy policy may be updated if the app's features change in a way that affects how information is handled. When updated, the revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
