I bought Perfect Line before version 2.0. Do I have to pay again?
No. Everything stays unlocked for you, and there is nothing to pay. Perfect Line checks two independent things — the original App Store purchase recorded against your Apple Account, and the progress your earlier version saved on the device — and either one is enough. If neither is readable for some reason, open Settings ▸ Restore Purchase.
I bought Perfect Line Complete and chapters are still locked
Open Settings ▸ Restore Purchase. That asks the App Store whether your Apple Account owns Perfect Line Complete, and it always answers — either everything unlocks or it tells you plainly that no purchase was found.
If nothing was found and you are sure you paid: check that you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with, and that you have a network connection, since the App Store cannot be asked without one. If it still refuses, email me with the date of the purchase.
What is free?
Chapters 1 to 4 (40 levels) and each day's Daily Line. Seeing the perfect line after a finish, your best line while retrying, statistics and the share card are free too. There are no adverts.
Perfect Line Complete is one optional purchase, made once, that adds chapters 5 to 15 (110 levels, including the five waypoint chapters) and every past Daily Line. There is no subscription and nothing else to buy.
How is a line scored?
Every board has a shortest possible route that avoids every shape. Your line is scored out of 100 on how close its length is to that route, how steady it is, and how closely it follows it. A Perfect needs all three. After you finish, the perfect line is drawn over yours in blue, and the game tells you what cost the most points.
The diamonds
In chapters 11 to 15 the goal ring only counts after your line has passed every diamond. You may pass them in any order. Choosing the order is the puzzle.
The Daily Line
One board a day, the same for everyone, played entirely on your device. Your streak counts days on which you finished that day's line on the day itself. Playing a missed day later from the archive records your score but does not extend the streak.
Resetting progress
Settings ▸ Reset Progress. It asks first, because it cannot be undone: your progress lives only on your device and there is no copy anywhere else. Your purchase and your settings are not affected.
Does Perfect Line work offline?
Yes. Every level and every Daily Line ship inside the app. The only time Perfect Line uses a network at all is when you view, buy or restore Perfect Line Complete.
Accessibility
Drawing the line is a gesture and cannot be done with VoiceOver; everything around it — menus, chapters, statistics, settings and purchase — works with VoiceOver. Text follows your Dynamic Type size, and the app works in light and dark mode and respects Reduce Motion. If something is unusable for you, please write.
Privacy
