Introduction
PASS is a minimalist timing game: a single tap sends a mark through a gap in moving obstacles, and the only skill is choosing the moment. It contains 150 levels — each one generated and then verified by machine to have a safe window a human hand can hit — and an endless mode, and a tap that lands in the centre of the opening is scored as Perfect. The first 50 levels are free; a single one-time purchase opens the remaining 100 levels and Endless mode. This app is designed to work without accounts, tracking, analytics, advertising, or developer-side storage of user-created content. Apart from that purchase, which the App Store handles, PASS works entirely offline.
Information We Do Not Collect
This app does not collect personal information from users. Specifically, the developer does not collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, or physical address
- Contact list or address book data
- Photos or media from your device
- Precise or approximate location data
- Financial account information or payment card information
- Advertising identifiers or device identifiers used for tracking
- Analytics or behavioral data
- User-created content stored on developer servers
Information Stored Locally on Your Device
PASS may store the following data locally on your device: which levels you have completed and which of them you passed perfectly; how far you have unlocked; your best Endless score and best Perfect streak; whether the one-time purchase has been made; and your app settings (sound, haptics, appearance). This is written to a single file inside the app's own storage area. None of this data is transmitted to the developer or any external server.
App Permissions
PASS does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as location, camera, microphone, or contacts. Every level you own is fully playable offline, and the app requires no special device permissions to operate.
Third-Party Services
This app does not integrate third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. All gameplay logic runs entirely on your device. The app's Settings screen offers a link to this page; following it hands the address to your browser, which makes the request — the app does not.
The app connects to the network for exactly one purpose: Apple's own App Store framework, so that the one-time purchase can be offered, completed and restored. That conversation is between your device and Apple. The developer receives no payment details and no personal information from it — only Apple's aggregate sales reporting, which does not identify individual customers.
Purchases
PASS offers one non-consumable in-app purchase, which unlocks the full game permanently for the Apple Account that bought it. There is no subscription, no in-game currency and nothing else to buy. Payment is processed entirely by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy policy; the developer never sees or stores your payment information. The app records only a single local flag meaning “unlocked”. If you already bought PASS when it was a paid app, the full game stays yours at no further cost, and “Restore Purchase” in Settings recovers it on a new device.
Data Sharing
The developer does not sell, trade, rent, or share user data with third parties. There is no developer-side database of user-created content. Your information stays on your device.
Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time by resetting your progress through the app's Settings screen, or by deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data associated with it.
Children's Privacy
This app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any users, as it does not collect personal information in general. The app is designed to function without any personal data being transmitted to the developer.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This privacy policy may be updated if the app's features change in a way that affects how information is handled. When updated, the revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
