My reminder never arrived
Check Settings › Notifications › One Photo Later on your iPhone and make sure Allow Notifications is on. If notifications were declined once, iOS will not ask again — turn them on there. The app shows a note on the photo's screen when this is the case.
A reminder is set only when a photo has a time (Tonight, Tomorrow, Weekend, Next week or a date you pick) and "Remind me with this photo" is on. Photos set to Someday have no reminder. "Tomorrow" and "Next week" use the morning time you choose in the app's Settings.
The optional daily summary arrives only on days when something is due.
Where did my photos from version 1 go?
Nowhere — they are all still in the app. Version 2.0 keeps every photo, title and note. Your old categories became "what it's for": Product → Buy, Book → Read, Place → Visit, Document → Do, and Idea or Other → Look again. You can change any of them on the photo's screen.
How do I send a photo from another app?
In Photos, after taking a screenshot, or in any app that shares images (in Safari, touch and hold an image), tap Share and choose One Photo Later. If you don't see it, scroll the row of apps to the end, tap More and turn it on. Pick what it's for and when, then tap Save — it appears in the app the next time you open it.
What does the free version include?
Up to 10 active photos at a time, reminders that show the photo, text recognition, search, Review, the Archive and the Share button. Finished photos in the Archive don't count toward the 10.
Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and adds unlimited active photos, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, and Lists. It can be shared with your family through Family Sharing.
I paid but Premium is locked
Open the app's Settings and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy. If you bought Premium in version 1, you still have it — nothing needs to be bought again. If restoring doesn't work, email me with the date of purchase.
My widget shows a lock
Widgets are part of Premium. If you have Premium, open the app once — the widget updates as soon as the app confirms your purchase.
Where is my data?
Only on your iPhone. There is no account and no server, and photos are excluded from iCloud backups. That means photos don't sync between devices and can't be recovered by the developer if you delete the app.
How do I delete everything?
Delete one photo from its screen, clear finished ones with Clear in the Archive, or use Settings › Delete All Data to remove everything. Your Premium purchase is not affected.
