Common questions

I bought 100 before it became free. Do I have to pay again?

No. 100 Premium is already yours — the app recognises it automatically. If it doesn't show as active, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the Apple Account you bought 100 with.

I bought 100 Premium on another iPhone.

Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account. 100 Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

How do I add a note to one I've already recorded?

Right after a +1, tap Note on the banner. For any earlier one, open the hundred, tap ••• then Entries, and tap the entry.

I forgot to record one.

Open the hundred, tap ••• then Add an Earlier One, and choose when it really happened.

How do I record without opening the app?

With 100 Premium you can tap +1 from almost anywhere:

  • Apple Watch — open 100 on your watch, pick a hundred and tap +1, or add the 100 complication to a watch face.
  • Control Center and the Action button (iOS 18 or later) — open Control Center, tap Edit, then Add a Control, and choose Record One. The same control can go on the Lock Screen or the Action button.
  • Widgets — touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for 100. Touch and hold the widget and choose Edit Widget to pick which hundred it shows.
  • Siri and Shortcuts — say "Record one in 100", or use the Record One action in the Shortcuts app.

Whichever way you tap it, the entry is written into your hundred the next time you open 100.

The Apple Watch app shows nothing.

Open 100 on your iPhone once — the watch learns about your hundreds from your iPhone. Seeing your hundreds on the watch is free; tapping +1 there is part of 100 Premium. Your iPhone and watch need to be paired; entries recorded on the watch while the iPhone is away are sent as soon as they are back in touch.

Why can I only have three hundreds going?

The free version keeps up to three hundreds in progress at once; finished hundreds never count. 100 Premium removes the limit.

How do I move my hundreds to a new iPhone?

Your hundreds come along automatically in a normal iCloud or computer backup of your iPhone. You can also make your own copy, free: in the app's Settings, tap Back up everything. It creates one file with every hundred, entry, note and photo. Save it to Files or iCloud Drive, or AirDrop it to the new iPhone, then tap Restore from a backup in Settings there (or simply open the file). Restoring only adds what is missing — nothing already on the iPhone is changed or removed — so restoring the same file twice is safe.

Can I export my entries?

With 100 Premium you can export every entry as a CSV file from Settings.

My reminders don't arrive.

Check Settings > Notifications > 100 on your iPhone and make sure notifications are allowed.
